Polar bears got white coat, stochy build, large paws and they got narrow skull and streamlined features for them to swim in the cold water. 

  

  A polar bear's skin is black, as I saying about this at the Home page. Those black skin can help them absorb the heat from the sun to keep them warm in cold place. Their hair is hollow, so there fur are transparent. They also are perfectly adapeted for life in the cold water for hunt because tthey got a really thick fur on every where of his body.

  In conclude, we can see polar bears in the northern Artic, but if you don't want to go that far; go to the nearest polar zoo is a great choice to see those cute polar bears too!
